The Thule Group is majority owned by the Swedish Private Equity Firm Nordic Capital. The Thule Board of Directors consists of seven members with one deputy member. The Board is chaired by Stefan Jacobsson and the Board’s efforts ensure that corporate governance matters, operational follow-up as well as strategic decision are taken care of.
