Key Account Manager - OES
Thule Sweden AB, Hillerstorp
Bring your Life
Want to join a dynamic team building the partnerships that put Thule products into vehicles worldwide? If you're a team player who thrives in a sustainability-driven environment and wants to shape commercial strategies that make Thule the preferred OE partner, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
You'll be part of our Original Equipment Supplier (OES) sales organisation, developing long-term partnerships with leading Automakers. With exciting growth opportunities ahead, you'll help drive the strategies and relationships that bring Thule to the heart of the automotive experience.
This role is based in either Hillerstorp or Malmö, Sweden, and reports directly to our Sales Director - OES.
What you'll do at Thule
As a Key Account Manager - OES, you'll be part of our committed commercial team, transforming the role of Thule from traditional supplier to strategic category partner. Together, we build partnerships from early engagement to long-term growth through a structured and collaborative process.
In this role, you will develop and own 3-5 year customer success plans, drive proactive concept proposals, and lead early-phase engagement across OEM stakeholders – purchasing, engineering, design, and brand - ensuring every partnership reflects the global ambitions of Thule.
You'll also take an active role in customer workshops, value-based negotiations, and business case development together with controlling and cross-functional teams.
In addition, you will own revenue and margin performance for your accounts, manage forecasting and CRM in Salesforce, and contribute to portfolio best practices. Leading commercial reviews will be an essential part of your role, ensuring our partnerships meet the highest standards of innovation, profitability, and sustainability.
What you bring
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have extensive experience in Key Account Management, OEM sales, or a B2B automotive environment, with a proven track record of managing large, complex global accounts.
You have worked with strategic selling and long-term business development and understand how to manage profitability beyond price. You are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
As the role involves a high degree of international travel, we believe you thrive in dynamic, cross-cultural environments. You're self-driven, structured, and able to prioritize multiple accounts and initiatives effectively.
Why you should join Thule
At Thule, we believe in strong teamwork - both within your own team and across departments. We strive to be an open and curious organization where knowledge is shared and inspiration flows freely.
Above all, we are looking for a curious and open-minded team player who enjoys problem-solving and wants to contribute to meaningful progress. At Thule, we welcome diverse perspectives and backgrounds, because we believe they make us stronger, more innovative, and more connected to the people who use our products every day.
