Our Community engagement in the holidays season

Holiday season always means an extra commitment from our employees when it comes to contributing to the community involvement in the local communities where we have employees and production sites. Let us mention a few:

Solar panels in refugee camps
Vi fortsätter vårt stöd till FN-organisationen UNHCR.
By supporting the UNHCR's work for sustainable solutions in the world's refugee camps, we help both people on the run right now and in reducing the world's total emissions. This year's contribution pays for 12 solar panels that will be installed in refugee camps during the coming year.

Solar panels save lives
A solar panel helps a family on the run with electricity to cook, have clean water and heat for several years. Everyday needs becomes easier to achieve. In addition to providing electricity to families, solar panels, for example, operate water pumps and provide street lighting.

Education in Brazil
This year Thule Group in Brazil, together with four different philanthropic institutions, chose to make a difference in the lives of children who attend the education organized by the institutions. These four institutions serve children and youth with autism, language difficulties, and various other forms of disability and other challenges, often are challenges associated with extra difficulties.

Christmas gifts to seniors in Huta and Pila, Poland
For the third time our employees in Poland prepared a number of gifts boxes full of the most needed daily products, some nice gifts and sweets, to be handed over to seniors in the local community. Seniors in need.

Every person has their own life story. The common denominator is that they all have a difficult life and often a difficult health situation.

For many of persons the present itself was not as important as the fact that someone remembered about them and paid attention to them. This activity shows how little it takes sometimes to make another person happy.
