Thule takes over the grand entrance to Sweden's foremost premium department store, NK (Nordiska Kompaniet), Stockholm
We are happy that Thule's strollers are becoming more and more common elements of the cityscape in Europe as well as in North and South America. In combination with Thule's child bike seats and bike trailers, it is clear that the Juvenile & Pet product category is a successful and growing category in the Thule Group.
When Josef Sachs founded Nordiska Kompaniet in 1902 he had a clear vision: the great department store NK was to be a commercial and cultural theatre – a contemporary stage. Ambitious words perhaps, but they still permeate every aspect of NK.
Still today NK, Nordiska Kompaniet, is Sweden's most iconic department store. In the entrance facing the central Hamngatan, visitors are currently welcomed by Thule's strollers, which in the classic Thule look are clearly visible in the arched shop windows.
