Sustainability at Thule Group is governed through a structured framework of roles, responsibilities, policies, and internal controls, embedded across the organization. The Board of Directors oversees sustainability, while Group Management is responsible for implementation and performance. Our work is guided by Group-wide policies such as the Code of Conduct, and integrated into key business processes across the value chain. Clear accountability, structured processes, and continuous follow-up ensure consistent implementation and ongoing improvement.
