Intro

As part of our ongoing sustainability work, we take actions to create a clear and genuine understanding among our employees about the meaning and importance of respect for human rights. This takes place through continuous training for broad groups of employees, but also discussions and the creation of action plans within the functions that form one of the first lines in relation to risky environments and behaviors.
We work as a natural part of our audits and revisions with follow-up of regulatory compliance and an ongoing update of potential risks against violations of human rights.
Training
Thule Groups trains all employees in our Human Rights policy. The training is conducted via our web-based interactive training platform, Thule Group Online Academy.
