Junior ESG Reporting Specialist (Fixed-Term)
SEINT - Thule AB
Bring your Life
Do you thrive where sustainability, data, and impact meet? Are you curious, detail‑oriented, and motivated by turning data into high‑quality ESG reporting? If so, this might be the role for you.
We are currently seeking a Junior ESG Reporting Specialist to support our ESG Controlling team, with a planned start in May/June 2026 and an end date in late August 2026.
What you’ll do at Thule
As a Junior ESG Reporting Specialist, you will support the organization in producing high‑quality ESG disclosures that strengthen our external ratings and ensure we meet the expectations of investors, customers, and global reporting platforms.
A key part of the role is transforming complex sustainability information into clear, accurate responses for external assessors such as CDP and EcoVadis. In addition, you will play a vital role in improving internal reporting workflows by developing emission calculation templates and contributing to smoother, efficient ESG reporting processes - allowing our teams to focus on delivering impact.
What you bring
To be successful in this role, we believe you hold a Master´s degree in Environmental Management, Sustainability, or Business, have prior experience producing external sustainability disclosures to CDP and EcoVadis, and possess a strong understanding of the GHG Protocol (Scopes 1–3).
In addition, you bring strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail. The ability to translate and adapt information into different reporting formats is essential. You feel confident translating data into clear, accurate disclosures that align with specific methodology, evidence requirements, and scoring criteria.
You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and demonstrate solid project‑management capabilities, including effective timeline planning and task tracking, and a proactive, structured way of working. You also communicate confidently in business English and excel at formulating structured, clear, and concise written content.
You are eager to learn, comfortable working with new data systems, and motivated to further develop your skills in sustainability reporting.
