What you'll do at Thule
In the role of Sales Representative - Denmark, you will play a key role in growing the Thule presence within the Danish market, with a primary focus on our Active with Kids and Dogs categories, including Thule car seats, Thule strollers and Thule Chariots. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with retailers and partners while supporting the continued growth of the Thule brand across multiple product categories.
As the face of Thule in the market, you will become the product and brand expert for your customers. You will work closely with both large retail chains and specialized retailers, helping them maximize their sales potential through strong product knowledge, effective merchandising, training initiatives, and ongoing business development.
A key part of your role will be increasing the visibility and sell-through of Thule products at the point of sale. You will regularly visit customers, provide product training, support in-store and online product presentations, and ensure that the Thule premium brand experience is reflected throughout the customer journey.
You will also identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with prospective customers, and collaborate closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, and product categories. In addition, you will organize and participate in customer and consumer events, helping bring the Thule brand to life and strengthening our position in the market.
The role is home-office based in Denmark and involves extensive travel throughout the country, allowing you to stay close to customers and the market.
What you bring
To be successful in this role, we believe you have experience working in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within consumer products, retail, or branded goods. You have a proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and drive business growth through a structured and proactive approach.
You are self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently while maintaining close collaboration with colleagues and customers. You enjoy taking initiative, identifying opportunities, and turning ideas into action.
As a person, you are an excellent communicator and relationship builder who thrives in customer-facing environments. You have a positive mindset, strong commercial awareness, and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions. You are energized by being on the road, meeting customers, and representing a strong premium brand.
You communicate fluently in both Danish and English, written and spoken. A valid driver's license is required.
