As Thule continues to strengthen its presence in Australia, we're looking for a Customer Service Representative - Australia who will play an important role in supporting both our customers and consumers, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience across every interaction with the Thule brand.
What you'll do at Thule
In the role of Customer Service Representative - Australia, you will support both our B2B customers and end consumers in the Australian market. The role combines both Customer Service and Consumer Service responsibilities, ensuring a seamless experience across the entire customer journey.
Acting as a key point of contact, you will take ownership of inquiries, orders, returns, claims, complaints, and product-related support while working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and other internal stakeholders to deliver a consistently high level of service.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Managing customer service and consumer service interactions, including inquiries, orders, returns, claims, complaints, and technical product-related questions.
- Maintaining accurate customer and order data, monitoring KPIs, sharing relevant insights, and contributing to continuous improvements across processes and ways of working.
- Building strong relationships through proactive communication, product expertise, and a high level of service, ensuring customers and consumers remain informed and supported throughout their journey with Thule.
This role reports to the Director Customer Service and is based in Melbourne.
What you bring
To be successful in this role, we believe you have experience working in customer service within a B2B environment and enjoy taking ownership in a role where service quality and relationship-building are equally important. You likely have university studies in business, marketing, or a related field, and experience working with ERP systems and Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, and following customer issues through to resolution. You communicate clearly and professionally, adapt well to change, and collaborate effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders.

- Are service-minded, proactive, and motivated by delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Have strong problem-solving skills, a structured way of working, and the ability to perform under pressure.
