Liv Forhaug leaves her role as a board member of Thule Group AB (publ)

The Board member Liv Forhaug has today informed that she will, as of today and at her own request, resign as a member of Thule Group's Board of Directors.

Liv Forhaug, who has recently taken up the position as CEO of restaurant and catering wholesaler Martin & Servera AB, has decided to resign, because the her new role does not offer her the time to combine the two assignments.

Liv Forhaug has been a board member since 2014.

I have the utmost respect that her new role demands all her time and attention and, on behalf of the entire Board, I want to wish her the best of luck” says Bengt Baron, Chairman of the Board.
