A fantastic day together with Sweden’s National Association for Disabled Children and Adolescents at Kolmården Safari park, Sweden
The Thule Groups motto is 'Active life. Simplified'. As part of bringing this to life and part of the group's commitment to the local community, we have been supporting the Swedish organization RBU (Sweden’s National Association for Disabled Children and Adolescents ) since 2010. RBUs members are some of the people in our society who need the outmost support to live an active life. Last Saturday we arranged this year's family day at Kolmården Safari park in western Sweden for more than 600 of the organization's members. It was a fantastic day together in bright shining late summer sun and a warm, welcoming and joyful atmosphere.
The queue was already long when the park opened on the morning of September 2. More than 600 of RBU's members waited to enter Kolmården's Safari park together with family and friends + friends from RBUs central office for a wonderful and fun day together.
Kolmården is Scandinavia's largest safari park with endless things to experience in terms of animals & nature, amusement attractions and fairytale characters for the little ones.
In addition to Kolmården's usual offer, Thule Group had spiced this up with a variety of experiences in the park and a party night with artists and performances - just for our guests from RBU.
About ten employees from the Thule Group helped make the day an experience of a lifetime for our guests from RBU.
