Thule receives a European Innovation Award for Thule VeloSwing

At the CMT Stuttgart, the world’s largest public trade fair for tourism and outdoor leisure, the ceremony of the European Innovation Awards has taken place last Sunday.  We are happy to announce that Thule has been awarded for its Thule VeloSwing in the category ‘Vehicle Equipment’. 

The European Innovation Award is a coveted honour for manufacturers and suppliers of motorhomes, vans, caravans and accessories. Initiated and supported by the editorial teams of the leading caravanning countries in Europe, the European Innovation Award stands for innovation in an industry that is passionately committed to the quality of leisure time for millions of people.  The European Innovation Award is a well-recognized and popular industry award.

Thule receives the award for the Thule VeloSwing, an innovative towbar solution for Fiat Ducato, Citroën Jumper, Peugeot Boxer or new Opel Movano van. 
On Thule VeloSwing you can install the same towbar bike rack as on your ordinary car for the transportation of your (e-)bikes. If you need to access packing in the back, simply swing the Thule VeloSwing aside for full access to your rear door, even with the bikes loaded.

But this fully certified towbar is more than an e-bike carrying solution. With a towing capacity as high as your vehicle’s limit, you can use Thule VeloSwing to tow a heavy trailer, rear cargo box, and more.
