Some glimpses from Thule Group's Annual General Meeting, 2023
Thule Group held its first "regular" AGM after the pandemic on Thursday, April 27.
About a hundred people had gathered at the Quality View Hotel in the southern part of Malmö to discuss and decide on ordinary topics for the highest decision-making body of the company.
The annual general meeting is, in most of its parts, a very formal meeting with points such as Adoption of the Income Statement and the Balance Sheet and discharge from liability, decision on share dividends, election of the board as well as auditors for the year until next ordinary AGM.
This year, the meeting also decided on Guidelines for remuneration to senior executives, as well as on an incentive program for executive management and key employees in the company.
This was the last AGM that Magnus Welander is CEO of the company. At the beginning of August, he hands over the management of this fantastic company to Mattias Ankarberg, current board member of Thule Group.
