Thule Group AGM – always a pleasure to meet our shareholders
Thule Group's AGM 2024 was held Friday last week, April 26. As several years before, we hosted the Assembly at the Quality View Hotel in Malmö, Sweden. About a hundred shareholders had gathered to decide on the AGM's formal agenda items, as well as to listen to Mattias Ankarberg in his first address at the AGM as CEO and President.
Among others, the decision was made to elect Paul Gustavsson and Sandra Finér as new members of Thule Group's board or directors. At the same time, the board's re-elected chair, Hans Eckerström, thanked outgoing board member Heléne Mellquist for her eight years as a member of the board. Auditor Eric Salander, Öhrling PricewaterhouseCoopers, was also thanked by the chairman since he is leaving his role due to the so-called rotation requirement for auditors.
